Frequently Asked Questions
My Item is damaged can it be repaired?
If we determine your item is damaged (or if you already know), we are fully qualified electricians so can provide you with a quote to fix the item.
If we are unable to fix it ourselves we will provide you with advice for the best course of action.
Please note: repairs are unlikely to be undertaken on the spot and you will need to return to collect the item once repaired.
What is the re-test date of my equipment?
Your items will be tagged with a re-test date according to AS/NZS 3760 dependant on the environment the item is to be used in.
Somtimes business or industries have testing intervals that exceed the requirements of the Standard. You can advise us of this requirement.
